You agree that you will not be using this website for unlawful purposes and will bear all applicable laws and regulations in mind. You agree not to use this website in a way that may impact its performance, corrupt the content, or hinder the functionality of this website. You also agree not to compromise the safety of this website or try to access restricted areas.
You consent to be entirely responsible for any claim, liability, expense, costs, and losses, including legal fees, that arise due to a violation of the terms and conditions.
Revision Policy
Orbix Digital Studio assures you of unlimited revisions according to your selected package. Clients can request revisions as per the package, and no extra fees will be charged. However, the design and concept will remain the same, and revisions can only be requested for the provided options.
Revisions on multiple options may either be inadmissible or charged separately. The average revision time is 48 to 72 hours for logo or website design, 3 to 5 days for video animations, and the timeline for software, apps, and games may vary depending on the scope of revisions.
Similarly, timelines for functionality and development revisions may differ based on the scope of work. The timeline for revising a digital marketing strategy depends on factors such as research, media, budget, and the overall plan.
Teamwork (Project Management)
Teamwork is a project management tool that helps our teams improve collaboration, visibility, and accountability for your projects. After signing up for a project with us, the client will receive an email invitation from the Teamwork portal. The client will need to accept the invite and set a new password to communicate with their project manager to complete the project.

Refund Policy for Web Design & Marketing Services
We have a money-back guarantee policy. If you’re not satisfied with the mockups delivered, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions for “admin fees” or “overhead fees.” Refunds may take up to 20-25 business days to process.
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Once revisions are started as per your feedback, no refund will be issued, as your request for revisions is considered confirmation to proceed with the chosen mockup(s).
- If you have approved a mockup, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If the client does not fill out a required brief questionnaire.
- If the creative brief lacks essential information.
- If the project is completed and the customer acknowledges the completion.
- If the client has approved a website demo link or if the website is live.
- If the project involves services not included in the initial scope of work.
- If additional concepts are requested beyond the selected package.
Refunds will also not be issued for:
- Services such as PPC, SEO, SMO, HIPAA Compliance, Content Writing, Hosting, Domain, Premium Plugins, and other marketing services.
- Website copy/content approval after purchase or revision requests related to it.
To claim a refund:
You can claim your refund by submitting a request via Help/Support Center, or by emailing us at info@orbixdigitalstudio.com or calling (213) 320-7551. We will process your request promptly once the necessary analysis is completed.
Content Policy
Clients are responsible for providing all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.) for the website, resume designs, and e-commerce websites. Orbix Digital Studio will handle CMS and e-commerce management.
Quality Assurance Policy
We aim to provide the best designs, and each project is well-researched and carefully crafted. Our unlimited revisions policy ensures your satisfaction.
Delivery Policy
The complete order will be delivered as per the timeline stated in your Order Confirmation email. The turnaround time will depend on the package chosen, with a minimum of 2 business days.

Communication Policy
Orbix Digital Studio is not responsible for communications made through platforms other than info@orbixdigitalstudio.com or any contact details provided on our official website.
Fraudulent Disputes & Chargebacks
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding disputes and chargebacks:
Dispute Resolution
If you file a dispute or chargeback after receiving a service, we reserve the right to thoroughly investigate the claim. You agree to cooperate with our team during the resolution process, providing all necessary documentation and evidence to support the validity of your dispute.
Fraudulent Claims
In the event that we determine a dispute or chargeback to be fraudulent, including but not limited to instances of false claims, misuse of payment methods, or intentional misrepresentation of facts, we reserve the right to take corrective action. This includes, but is not limited to, refusing future service, reporting the incident to relevant authorities, and seeking legal remedies.
Liability for Fraudulent Disputes
If a dispute is deemed fraudulent, you may be held financially responsible for the full amount of the disputed transaction, in addition to any legal, administrative, or processing fees incurred as a result of the fraudulent claim. These fees may include, but are not limited to, credit card chargeback fees, legal fees, and costs associated with recovering the disputed funds.
Suspension or Termination of Services
If fraudulent activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately. This suspension may also extend to any accounts linked to the disputed transaction, and you will forfeit any previously paid amounts for services rendered.
Reporting Fraud
We may report any fraudulent activity to relevant authorities, including but not limited to law enforcement agencies and credit bureaus, which could impact your ability to access future services from our company or other businesses.
Prevention of Fraudulent Activity
We take fraud prevention seriously and monitor for suspicious activities. If you attempt to exploit or manipulate our services, including engaging in any form of fraud or deception, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including reporting to the authorities, freezing your account, and pursuing legal action as necessary.
